Introducing our new website
2023 has been a landmark year. We discovered what Gen AI is capable of doing and its potential role in shaping the future, as it gets smarter and better day by day. Will it supplant human intelligence? Are we on the path to building humanoids?
One never knows where this or any other discovery will take us. It’s super exciting! But even as the world changes, some things remain constant. Yes, technology is getting better by the day, but we still need the right people who can help envision the future, create products, and take them to market. We need leaders who can build and manage high-performance teams, and get them to translate these ideas to reality. It becomes harder and harder to locate such people as prior experience alone is no longer a guarantee of future success; the rapid pace of change requires that we need leaders to do things very differently to succeed. And there are only a small number of such potential leaders in this world – someone who has a vision, knows how to get there, and can inspire people around to join hands and make it happen.
I have always been intrigued by this challenge – how do you identify such people? Where will you find them? And what are they looking for? Doing this now for 30+ years has been exciting and rewarding. As you may have heard me say, we have built a muscle memory for doing these difficult searches, making it our core capability at AnuPartha. And we are going to be doubling down on this, as we embark on our next phase of growth.
Today, we are launching our newly designed website that hopefully better reflects who we are. http://www.anupartha.com/. Come, take a look at it, and let us know what you think. I’d like to give a big shout-out to Bijlee Studios and its founder Niv Kekre (firstname.lastname@example.org) who did an awesome job with the redesign. Thank you, Niv!
We at AnuPartha are located here in Cupertino, in the heart of Silicon Valley. So if leadership hiring is on your mind today, do drop us a line. We would love to be of help.
Cheers, and I wish you exciting times ahead!
