We are a specialised executive search firm, focused exclusively on hiring Transformational Leadership talent for our clients. We work with companies that are affecting a significant change, either in their business model, scale of operations or sometimes, both. To succeed in this endeavor, our clients need a specific type of executive- someone who is a change leader. Typically, such a person is entrepreneurial & passionate, can think out-of-the box, has a vision for where the company needs to go, and importantly, knows how to motivate their team to achieve that goal. Oftentimes, these are people who have lived and worked in different continents and countries. They are people who have worked in start-ups and large companies. They have taken risks and succeeded, and have scars to show for it! We call such people ‘Transformational Leaders’.

Anu’s Profile

Anuradha (Anu) Parthasarathy is the Founder and CEO of AnuPartha, a retained executive search firm exclusively focused on transformational leadership search, spanning multiple geographies including the US, Europe, and Asia.

Anu is an industry veteran in cross-border executive search and transformation, and has helped build leadership teams for several successful companies across the world. She brings to her clients a deep knowledge of business trends, years of experience in hiring transformational leaders, and access to her extensive
global network of executives built over 30 years.

Anu pioneered the concept of a specialized recruitment firm in India when she founded Nexus in 1990. Nexus went on to become a market leader in technology recruitment in India, and spawned an entire industry that is worth over $500 Million today. In 2000, Anu exited from Nexus, and moved to the US as a founding member of e4e, a venture capital fund with a mandate to invest in new generation business models leveraging offshore delivery. E4e’s portfolio companies needed a cadre of leaders who are global in mindset, have significant cross-cultural work experience, and who possess the ability to work with, and lead, geographically-dispersed teams. The struggle to find such talent for its ventures led Anu to return to her recruiting world, to setup AnuPartha as a global retained executive search firm, based in Menlo Park, CA.

Anu started her career with Wipro when it was just a startup in the early ‘80s, and wore multiple hats in sales, marketing and international operations during her stay there. This exhilarating experience at Wipro made her a life-long advocate of entrepreneurs, start-ups and innovation.

Anu is a Graduate in Business Management from BITS-Pilani, India.
